🕒 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment (Prepaid) or confirmation (COD).

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

We process and ship orders 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

📦 Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days

Remote Areas & Special Zones: 6–10 working days
(Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.)

💳 Payment Options

We offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD) – ₹50 extra as COD fee

Prepaid Payments – via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
Get ₹50 OFF on all prepaid orders!

🚫 Non-Serviceable & High-RTO Pin Codes

We do not deliver to certain high-RTO or special zone pin codes.

If your area is not serviceable, the system will notify you at checkout.

This helps us maintain smooth delivery and avoid failed COD attempts.

📬 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders.

For COD orders, a ₹50 fee is added during checkout.

🔁 Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your package in real time.

You can also contact us if you face any delay beyond the estimated time.

🔄 Return to Origin (RTO) – Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to reasons like:

Customer unavailable,

Wrong address/pincode,

Refused delivery, etc.,
it will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).
