1. Returns Are Only Accepted If:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is provided, starting from opening the sealed package, without any cuts or edits.
2. No Returns or Exchanges Will Be Accepted If:
The product was delivered in perfect condition.
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
The packaging is missing or tampered with.
The unboxing video is not shared or is unclear/incomplete.
3. Reporting a Problem:
Email info@raheebperfumes.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Send the unboxing video and pictures of the issue.
Our team will verify and respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund or Replacement Process:
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement of the same product or a coupon of equal value.
Refunds are only given if a replacement is not possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All payments made via credit card are subject to applicable transaction charges and processing fees, which may reduce the net amount received.
In such cases, we will deduct the forward + return shipping charges from your original payment, and refund the balance to your original payment method.
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct and that someone is available to receive the package.
